Michael Hines

Exective Owner/ Operator

Mike has spent his life in the technology and technical support fields.  Working for various companies in multiple technical supporting roles, his only real estate experience was buying a condo as his family was expanding.  Ryan started talking about rental properties and real estate investing in 2018 with Mike, but he wasn't ready. in 2022 Mike finally decided to join Ryan on his real estate adventure.

Mike is also the Chairperson on the Board for the Saskatchewan Blind Sports Association, the Provincial Curling Coordinator for the Saskatchewan Blind Sports Association and the Curling Coordinator on the Board for the Canadian Council of the Blind - Regina Chapter.  He also spent a few years on his Condo Board.

Ryan Robinson

Executive Owner/ Operator

Ryan first got into real estate in 2004 when he bought a Condo. While going to University, he rented out rooms in his condo to generate some additional income.

Five years later he sold the condo, doubling his money. With more money than Ryan could have ever imagined, he invested it into opening up a restaurant!

After a year and a half with the restaurant, it was time to part ways. Unfortunately, Ryan lost everything. He spent the next eight years working two jobs, remaining in the restaurant industry and also supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities as he paid down his debt.

From this experience Ryan learnt a lot about business, partnerships, and management. Determined to succeed in entrepreneurship, Ryan started to learn more about real estate investing. This quickly became a passion.

In 2018 Ryan found a motivated seller. Ryan was able to negotiate and purchase five houses in Regina.

Since then Ryan has continued to learn about property management, investing and networking. He has also joined the Board of the Saskatchewan Blind Sports Association as the Financial Director.

He hopes to be able to help people find homes and invest in the Regina real estate market.
